There is a special site created by SAP where you can find guidelines of how to write product acronyms and trademarks.

How many acronyms do you know and how do you write them?

How many times have we written S4 HANA or S4/HANA or even S4?

Clearly via email or internal documentation you can do this, to simplify. Although care must be taken because SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA are not the same thing. Read here.
