We provide consulting for the realization of the authorization concept in new implementations for all SAP systems (ERP, BW, SRM, CRM, IS etc..). The initial definition of an authorization concept for a new system allows you to organize immediately in the best way, with the aim of simplifying the authorization management and ensure compliance with regulations .
REVIEW OF AUTHORIZATIONS PROJECTS
It often happens to have to review the management of authorizations for compliance with regulations or to optimize security process management. Over the years we have seen that a company with several thousands of SAP users can be managed (in terms of authorization) by a small team of people or several tens of people, depending on which authorization concept was adopted. Experience in this field has led us to the definition of templates, methodologies and best practices to optimize operating costs and ensure the highest level of governance. During these projects we use the Security Analyzer software that optimizes and saves countless hours of revision, protecting business continuity
UPGRADE PROJECTS
Upgrading your system often involves the introduction of new authorizations. We support clients in the process of updating permits in the case of system upgrades. Through Security Analyzer software is possible to simulate what would happen during the transition to the new release .
SAP GRC (GOVERNANCE RISK AND COMPLIANCE)
We install and configure SAP GRC systems, Access Control, Process Control and Risk Management. SAP GRC – Governance Risk and Compliance Access Control is the SAP’s tool for the management of any authorization, of approvated workflows for analysis of separation of business tasks (in order to limit/prevent frauds). We configure and use this tool in all of its features from release 4.0 to release 12.
We are also certified SAP REX Recognized Expertise EMEA for Governance Risk and Compliance area.
SAP IDENTITY MANAGEMENT
We install and configure the system SAP Identity Management.
